Swiss Park House

The challenge was launched by a businessman from Greater São Paulo. Design a contemporary, beautiful, harmonic and functional house on a plot of 470 square meters with a slope of 10 meters. In addition to the steep slope of the land, the owners reported an intense social life. The leisure area of the house would not be used only for frequent parties and meetings with friends. The entrepreneur's idea was to build a space where he could receive customers and even close deals, in a charming, personalized and pleasant way. The architect Aquiles Nícolas Kílaris accepted the challenge and started the job listening to the wishes of the whole family. The house could not miss a wine cellar to taste good labels and cheeses with a group of Portuguese wine lovers. Nor could the games room be left out, perfect for gathering the cigar club formed by customers and friends of the owner of the house. Another fundamental point was the bar, so that conversations about economics and politics were more pleasant and watered by the drinks prepared right there. To relax on weekends, a beautiful gourmet space with swimming pool, waterfall and sauna, ideal for children to receive friends and have a barbecue. The architect took advantage of the peculiarity of the steep slope of the land in favor of the architectural party, and managed to offer more privacy to the family. The final result was surprising. With a built area of 746 square meters, Kílaris designed a segmented property, divided into five floors, with access by stairs and elevator. This division created more independent leisure areas, which can be used by eventual guests, without interfering in the routine of the house. Thinking of providing movement and volume to the facade, Kílaris used curved lines and organic forms - his trademark - roof games and a lateral U-shaped facade design, embracing the pool and the waterfall. The firm was responsible for the full architecture of the project, from its elaboration, construction, finishing and interior design, signed by Iara Kílaris. The five suites were decorated taking into account the personal taste of each member of the family. In the dining room, the star is a table with 12 seats, which adds elegance and comfort to the space. A crystal chandelier and a large mirror on the wall make up the room. In the living room, the proposal was clean, with furniture and decorative objects in more neutral tones. The touch of refinement is in the marble fireplace that uses natural gas and volcanic stones. The leisure area is complete. In addition to the gourmet space, filled with stainless steel equipment, the project includes a swimming pool, waterfall, sauna, games room with card table, pool table and a wine cellar.
