Anturio House

The corner lot located within a closed condominium in Campinas, provided the ideal conditions for the design of the Casa Antúrio project, signed by the architect Aquiles Nícolas Kílaris. This true work of art sculpted in concrete was designed in a segmented manner, with the end result of a super charming residence and a more economical work. In the façade, with double height, the pillars, besides having the function of supporting the house, were designed as sculptures breaking through the roof. An aerial beam embraces the entire corner, causing the feeling that the entire structure is suspended. The residence was accommodated in plateaus, and right at the entrance are located living, home theater, toilet and home office. These environments are completely integrated and allow the family to live fully. At the entrance door a mosaic was created on the floor with sober tones. The magnificence of the double height ceiling and the crystal chandelier create a lot of elegance to the space, as well as the light furniture with bronze details. The home theater has no separation from the living. A wooden panel was installed to receive the TV and behind the super comfortable sofa, a 3D coating on the wall gives movement to the space. The home office was designed with a sliding door that can be kept closed or open, according to the occasion. Going up a half-height staircase, there is a dining room, kitchen and leisure area with a swimming pool. On the next plateau it was intended only for the master suite. The last flight of stairs, with half a foot, leads to the two suites for the children and one suite for the grandchildren. The architect also designed several balconies and terraces for rest and contemplation, making the property even more cozy.
