Mont Blanc House

The variety in the curve design found on the facade of Casa Mont Blanc is responsible for the movement in the design of this residence, signed by the architect Aquiles Nícolas Kílaris. The large glass panels and the double height increase the view of the facade even more and add importance to the property located in a closed condominium in Campinas, in the interior of São Paulo. In the garden, illuminated steps were specially paginated on the lawn, to access in style the large pivoting entrance door. Upon entering the residence, we are surprised by the integrated and luxurious environments. Living, dining room and home theater coexist harmoniously without any separation by walls. In the living room, two side chandeliers center a wall with 3D coating, creating a beautiful volumetric effect, a true giant picture. The property also has a kitchen, laundry, mezzanine, four suites and leisure area complete with gourmet space and swimming pool. The dining room was designed with a wall of mirrors and a sideboard with a modern design to assist in serving meals. A sliding door, also a mirror, which gives access to the kitchen. This architectural solution allows spaces to be integrated or compartmentalized, depending on the situation and the will of the owners of the residence. The plaster of the ceiling was designed on three levels, to cause the sensation of movement, as well as the chosen carpet with geometric shapes, that jump to the eyes. In addition, the sofa - large and very comfortable - can be pulled in various sizes, until it becomes a delicious bed, accommodating the whole class. All the social environments of the house are oriented and integrated to the leisure area, which functions as the main setting of the house. The beauty of the garden, swimming pool and gourmet space can be appreciated from the internal areas of the property, including the environments located on the second floor. The pool was designed with a streak and an organic layout. The gourmet space is spacious and despite being integrated with the house, it has pantographic glass panels that allow it to be closed according to the wishes of the owners, the weather and the temperature. The gourmet has ample space for parties, with tables, a meal bench with sinuous features, stools, barbecue, oven and stove. The decor is contemporary, in beige and brown tones. The garden also has a gazebo area for relaxation.
