Spring House

Built between the mountains of Louveira, in the interior of São Paulo, Casa Primavera's architecture is integrated with the wonderful nature that surrounds the property. The 708m² single-storey building - accommodated on uneven terrain with several unevennesses - has gained importance thanks to the very high ceiling height of the facade. The main entrance, designed with a large glass cloth, has two sides with curved wings that give the property special movement. On one side, two columns built like sculptures break through the roof. On the other side, the wing appears to be suspended thanks to the effect of the pergola. Striking elements in the work of the architect Aquiles Nícolas Kílaris. The slope of the land led to the construction of a large infinity pool, which allows the integration of water with the blue of the sky and the green of the surrounding landscape. The leisure area consists of a gourmet space and a water mirror, built in the garden below the level of the house and the pool. The house is very comfortable, with living, dining room, kitchen, home theater, office, suites and leisure area, meeting the family's wishes. The entire interior decoration, signed by Iara Kílaris, is clean and contemporary, with hints of rustic style. The kitchen design was created to meet all the needs of the homeowner, who owns a restaurant. The environment even has a gardener, special request of the Chef, to grow peppers and fresh herbs, used in the dishes he prepares. The leisure area is complete, with an infinity pool, spa, gourmet space and a water mirror that was built in the garden, below the level of the house and the pool. According to Kílaris, the infinite edge feature is very interesting in cases of land with a slope like this, as it provides even more integration with the landscape around the property. The gourmet space that consists of barbecue, dining bench, side table and chairs. The contemporary air of the environment is in the red and black colors used in the decoration, in composition with wood and more rustic elements. In this project, the water mirror was built in the garden, below the level of the house and the infinity pool. Around it, nooks of relaxation and contemplation were created to provide moments of tranquility. Carp were used in the lake to bring even more life to the environment.
